Water-based Repair glue for PU Foam

Used for bonding between sponge, leather, wood, plastic, metal, aluminum composite panels, PVC, and other materials. Suitable for repairing soft foam in automotive cockpit interiors.

• Does not contain triphenyl; harmless to human health and the environment.
• Offers strong initial tack and high final bond strength.
• Single-component — no mixing required.
• Non-flammable.

• Adhesive application method: spraying or brushing.
• Clean the spray gun promptly after use to prevent adhesive curing and clogging of the gun passage.

• Wear rubber gloves, goggles, and a mask during operation to avoid direct skin and eye contact with the product.
• Keep the work area well ventilated and away from open flames, heat sources, and incompatible materials (e.g., oxidizers, strong acids, and strong alkalis).

• Use directly after opening; no stirring is required.
• If the entire contents are not used after opening, reseal the container immediately and store it tightly closed. If the seal is inadequate and the product is stored for an extended period, a film may form on the surface. Removing this film does not affect usability.
• Observe standard safety precautions. Ensure adequate ventilation during spraying to avoid inhaling spray mist.
• When used correctly, this product poses minimal risk.

• Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not store outdoors; avoid direct sunlight.
• Prevent freezing to avoid irreversible deterioration.
• Keep away from heat sources, open flames, and acidic or alkaline substances.
• Avoid exposure to high temperatures (>40°C) or low temperatures (<−10°C).
• Transportation must comply with standard chemical handling precautions.

• Store in the original sealed container for 4 months at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
• After opening, use the product as soon as possible.

• Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
• Do not discharge directly into water bodies.
• Comply with all applicable environmental and safety requirements.
