Applications

Suitable for the production and molding of various polyurethane soles (e.g., athletic shoes, safety shoes, casual shoes, etc.), with particular applicability to low-hardness, high-elasticity polyurethane sole release requirements.

Technical Challenges

During the polyurethane sole foaming and molding process, the release agent must withstand high injection pressure and chemical reaction heat. It must also effectively prevent wax residue build-up and transfer, avoiding surface defects such as floating spots or pitting on the sole due to poor release or wax residue retention, which could affect the yield of subsequent painting, printing, and other finishing processes.

A water-based release agent specifically developed for polyurethane sole molding. It offers excellent lubricity and release performance, effectively reduces wax residue build-up, extends mold cleaning intervals, and ensures a clean, transfer-free sole surface that meets subsequent painting and assembly requirements.
