Key Functional Properties

• Heat resistance: Withstands high temperatures during elastomer molding/curing while maintaining stable release film integrity.
• Lubrication: Reduces friction coefficient between elastomer and mold surface, preventing surface tearing or damage.
• Anti-adhesion: Ensures complete and clean release of parts from the mold without residual sticking.
• Low transferability: Release film does not easily transfer to part surface, preserving compatibility with subsequent bonding, coating, or printing processes.
