Application Methods

Dilute the concentrate with solvent until smooth; adjust ratio gradually for best results. Clean the mold surface before use. Apply evenly by spray or brush, testing on small areas first. Allow to dry completely before demolding. Clean the mold after each cycle and reapply for the next use.

Operation and Precautions

For safety: Always wear protective gear such as gloves, goggles, and a mask to prevent skin and eye exposure. Maintain good ventilation and keep the product clear of flames, heat, and reactive substances like strong acids, alkalis, or oxidizers.

For mold care: Avoid excessive mold temperatures that can cause the release agent to dry too rapidly—keep temperatures moderate. If the mold will sit idle for a while, clean its surface thoroughly before storage.

For proper use: Never combine this product with other release agents, as mixing may trigger unwanted reactions. Shake or stir well prior to application and continue to mix periodically during use to prevent layering.

For troubleshooting: If demolding proves difficult, consider adjusting the spray volume or allowing more drying time. In case of stubborn surface buildup, wipe it away with a suitable solvent or specialized mold cleaner.

Storage and Validity

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and chemicals. Avoid freezing and temperature extremes. Shelf life is 12 months at 15–30°C in original packaging; use promptly after opening. Dispose of waste properly per local rules—do not discard carelessly.
