This product is a high-ratio concentrated water-based release agent designed for honeycomb panels and similar applications. It offers high cost-effectiveness and excellent dilution stability. It forms a uniform release film on the mold surface, effectively preventing foam adhesion. Particularly for the open-cell structure of honeycomb panels, it prevents foam from penetrating through the honeycomb core and adhering to the mold, ensuring smooth demolding without tearing. After demolding, the panel surface remains flat and clean without affecting subsequent processes.

Dilution:
Dilute the concentrate with water at the recommended ratio and stir thoroughly until uniform. Start with a higher concentration and gradually increase dilution — test on corners or small molds first before full-scale use.
Mold Cleaning:
Ensure the mold surface is free from oil, dust, and contaminants. Preheating is optional depending on working conditions.
Spraying / Application:
Apply the release agent evenly using a spray gun, robot, or brush, ensuring full coverage without local buildup. Adjust air pressure for proper atomization if using spray equipment.
Standing / Drying:
Allow sufficient setting time after application until the solvent has completely evaporated (time depends on mold temperature and product type).
Demolding & Reapplication:
Carry out the molding process, then clean the mold as needed. For reuse, reapply the release agent following the same procedure.

Safety Protection:
Wear gloves, goggles, and a mask. Ensure good ventilation and keep away from fire, heat, and incompatible chemicals.
Mold Management:
Avoid excessively high mold temperatures that cause rapid volatilization. Clean the mold surface if it will not be used for an extended period.
Usage Matters:
Do not mix with other release agents. Stir thoroughly before and during use; do not use if stratification occurs.

Storage Conditions
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and chemicals. Avoid freezing and temperature extremes (below -10°C or above 40°C). Shelf life is 6 months at 15–30°C in original packaging.
