MAIN PROPERTIES
KPU-1231 is a silicone stabilizer specially formulated for polyurethane flexible high resilience / slow resilience foams. The product gives very good cell conditioning properties and high stability performance. It can be used in a wide range of foam densities.

OPERATION AND PRECAUTIONS
The recommended dosage for high resilience foam is 0.6–1.0 (per 100 parts of polyether), and the product has good compatibility with polyether. For slow resilience foam, the recommended addition is approximately 1% for small products (e.g., pillows) and approximately 1.5% for large products (e.g., mattresses). Gloves and goggles are recommended during use.
STORAGE AND VALIDITY
1. Duration of Use Store in the original sealed container for 24 months, keeping the temperature between 10°C and 25°C. Use promptly after opening. 2. Waste Disposal Dispose of waste liquid in accordance with local regulations. Do not dump.
